Our Mission
Texas Gulf Coast Figure Skating Club (TGCFSC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the sport of figure skating throughout the Houston area.
Our mission is to encourage the instruction, practice, and advancement of our members in all disciplines of figure skating. We are committed to cultivating camaraderie among skaters of all ages and skill levels, while promoting the many benefits of skating—including fitness, character development, and personal growth, particularly for youth in the Texas Gulf Coast region.
TGCFSC strives to:
Promote the standards of proficiency set forth by U.S. Figure Skating (USFSA)
Provide educational resources and opportunities for skaters and their families
Support the training, competition, and advancement of skaters from beginner to elite levels
Host and assist in exhibitions, amateur competitions, and USFSA-sanctioned events
Offer mentorship, financial assistance, and logistical support for skaters competing at the Regional, Sectional, and National levels
Located at the Sugar Land Ice & Sports Center in Sugar Land, TX, we proudly support our athletes and coaches in every phase of their journey—encouraging them to train, grow, and thrive in their passion for figure skating.
